  • Assist the Logistics and Documentation Manager in day-to-day import and export logistics operations.
  • Prepare and process shipment documents, including: Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Insurance documents, Bill of Lading / Switch Bill of Lading.
  • Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers on Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international shipping and trade regulations.
  • Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to ensure smooth operational workflow.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics service providers for shipment execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, documents, and logistics activities.
  • Prepare regular logistics reports for management.
  • Support monitoring of supply chain performance and suggest improvements where necessary.
  • Assist in resolving operational issues and coordinating timely delivery of shipments

Proven experience in Logistics or in a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of supply chain management and logistics principles.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
