Logistics Coordinator

Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for project materials, furniture, and equipment.
Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and site teams to ensure on-time deliveries to project sites.
Monitor inventory levels and manage warehouse stock related to project requirements.
Prepare delivery schedules, shipping documentation, and material tracking reports.
Coordinate customs clearance and local transport arrangements when required.
Support the procurement team in expediting material deliveries and resolving logistics-related issues.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of materials in line with project standards.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, and logistics expenses.
Assist in developing and improving logistics procedures for operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 4 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably within the interior fit-out, construction, or contracting industry.
Strong knowledge of local logistics regulations and documentation processes.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
