LUXHABITAT is a technology and marketing start-up focused on the luxury real estate industry. Boasting an international team of specialists with deep expertise in real estate, technology, product design and consumer marketing, the vision of the company is to build the operating system for real estate, combining a range of products and services to connect top-performer real estate companies to the most prestigious clientele in the world. Originally founded in 2009, LUXHABITAT pioneered Dubai’s luxury real estate market as the first brokerage company fully focused on exclusive residential properties. While working in the industry, we noticed a wide gap between the quality of the technology used by the large online property portals and that of the real estate agencies themselves. In 2020, the company transitioned from a traditional agency business to a technology start up to build a proprietary technology platform and bridge that gap.
