- Oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring all tasks are prioritized effectively to minimize equipment downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment, promptly addressing any issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring all machinery and systems run smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinate and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and performance.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in maintenance or engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance supervision within a relevant industry.
- Proven track record of leading and managing a diverse maintenance team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
