الأدوار والمسؤوليات
Demand Intake & Assessment
Manage the end-to-end demand intake process for all new and incremental scope into Group Services.
Conduct structured scoping assessments including volume analysis, effort and complexity assessment, service level requirements, and operational impact.
Coordinate with pillar delivery teams to validate feasibility and impact.
Ensure demand requests are supported by clear documentation and assumptions.
Demand Governance & Tracking
Operate the Group Services demand governance framework.
Prepare demand submissions for review and approval forums.
Maintain a centralised demand log and ensure visibility of pipeline and approved items.
Track approved demand through mobilisation and transition to steady state.
Activity-Based Pricing & Cost-to-Serve
Maintain and enhance activity-based pricing and recharge models.
Analyse transaction volumes, unit cost assumptions, productivity baselines, and cost-per-resource-unit calculations.
Support pricing of new services or scope expansions.
Provide financial transparency on the cost impact of demand decisions.
Volumetrics & Productivity Analysis
Monitor volumetric trends across pillars and identify material shifts.
Analyse productivity performance against defined baselines.
Support identification of efficiency opportunities and automation potential.
Produce regular reporting and insight packs to support leadership decisions.
Capacity Planning Support
Support workforce and capacity planning exercises across pillars.
Translate demand forecasts into FTE and resource implications.
Identify gaps between demand growth and current delivery capacity.
Partner with Finance and pillar leads during budgeting and reforecast cycles.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary coordination point for demand-related queries.
Partner with Account Management and Service Management teams to ensure alignment between demand intake and service delivery.
Provide clear, fact-based communication on cost, capacity, and delivery implications.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
5–8 years’ experience in Shared Services, GBS, consulting, commercial finance, or operational performance roles.
Strong analytical capability with experience in volume analysis, productivity measurement, and cost modelling.
Working knowledge of activity-based costing or pricing models.
Experience working cross-functionally in matrixed organisations.
Advanced Excel and data analysis capability.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in Shared Services or GBS environments.
Exposure to capacity planning or workforce modelling.
Experience supporting budgeting or recharge models.
Power BI or similar reporting tools.
