Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage master planning, design, and development processes for retail and mixed-use projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies, financial analysis, and market assessments to identify investment opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, finance, legal, and project management to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
• Prepare and present business plans, proposals, and progress reports to senior management and the Board.
• Manage the concept, schematic, and detailed design stages while ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee approvals and permitting with statutory authorities and relevant government entities.
• Support project launches in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Drive project completion with a focus on sustainability, innovation, and operational efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring business continuity and compliance with corporate policies.
• Mentor project teams and promote a culture of accountability and high performance.
