الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  • Managing inbound and outbound global supply chain shipments across multiple modes, including air, sea, courier, and land, with strong knowledge of Incoterms.

  • Overseeing 3PL operations, inventory movement, cycle counts, and system vs. physical inventory accuracy.

  • Validating vendor invoices and managing long-term pricing agreements and contracts.

  • Maintaining minimum quantity and safety stock levels for LTA (Long-Term Agreement) customers.

  • Handling customs clearance processes, HS codes, and duty exemption activities.

  • Strong understanding of commercial documentation such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, and legalization requirements for import/export.

  • Managing special documentation such as CargoX, ACID (Egypt), and other country specific requirements.

  • Processing LC, CAD, and coordinating bank negotiations for trade documentation.

  • Coordinating with customers to ensure timely deliveries and service levels.

  • Supporting billing forecasts and assisting cross-functional teams as required.

  • Reviewing freight accruals and analyzing variances between actual vs. accrued costs.

  • Monitoring Goods in Transit (GIT) in collaboration with the Finance team.

  • Managing FZE customs activities and internal transfers between Free Zone and Mainland.

  • Allocating vendor invoices to sales orders and maintaining accurate landed cost calculations.

  • Handling cross-trade shipments and country-specific procedures for KSA, Qatar, and Kuwait.

  • Maintaining a structured filing and archiving system for Air & Marine documents and broker authorizations in compliance with ISO and Quality Manual guidelines.

  • Managing rate negotiations for shipping, freight, and local transportation, including annual contract agreements for the Middle East region.

  • Management Reports.

  • Any other related job requested by management

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s supply chain, logistics operations, and distribution network. The role ensures efficient transportation, storage, and delivery of goods while optimizing costs and maintaining high service levels.


  1. Bachelor’s degree

  2. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.

  3. Strong knowledge of logistics processes, transportation regulations, and warehouse management.

  4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  5. Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications.

  6. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  7. Proficient in SAP with 3–4 years of hands-on experience.

  8. Additional knowledge on Power BI.

  9. Expertise in JAFZA and UAE logistics regulations
