Key Responsibilities

• Lead innovation and process improvement initiatives to elevate audit methodologies and operational efficiency.
• Integrate AI, data analytics, RPA, and other advanced technologies into audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
• Strengthen collaboration with IT, digital teams, and business stakeholders to support audit modernization.
• Oversee development and implementation of enhanced audit tools, processes, and methodologies.
• Manage and mentor a team focused on technology adoption, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor audit performance metrics and ensure compliance with internal risk management and regulatory frameworks.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of innovation projects, ensuring alignment with GA&AS objectives.
• Provide advisory support and regular updates to leadership on technology enablement progress.
