Partnerships and regulatory status

Support leadership in identifying competitive risks and defensive positioning strategies.

C. Global Logistics & Technology Trend Analysis

Track and analyze global logistics trends including middle mile and last mile delivery models, automation, sustainability, AI/ML applications, and digital supply chain technologies.

Assess emerging drone and AAM technologies such as:

Heavy-lift drones

eVTOLs

UTM systems

Autonomous navigation

Next gen sensors and payloads

Evaluate how global regulatory changes, economic shifts, and infrastructure developments influence market opportunities.

Provide periodic trend reports and strategic briefs aligned with company strategy.

D. Strategic & Cross Functional Support

Support business development efforts with market data inputs for proposals, EOIs, RFPs, and partnership discussions.

Collaborate with Marketing Strategy Specialists to translate insights into targeted campaigns and value messaging.

Provide inputs to technical teams to align service design with market demand and competitor benchmarks.
