Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing initiatives across the Middle East. This role will focus on digital marketing, event management, design production, and vendor-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with marketing execution capabilities, and is able to manage events, social media presence, and marketing relationships with vendors and channel partners. The role requires a hands-on professional capable of working in a fast-paced technology distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Campaign Management

• Plan, design, and execute marketing campaigns with vendors and partners.

• Support lead generation activities and brand awareness initiatives.

• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.

1. Event Planning & Execution

• Plan and coordinate company participation in industry events such as GITEX, GISEC, roundtables, webinars, and partner events.

• Manage event logistics including booth design, marketing materials, registrations, and vendor coordination.

• Support post-event reporting and lead follow-up activities.

1. Design & Content Creation

• Create marketing materials including:

o brochures

o presentations

o social media visuals

o event banners

o email campaign graphics

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets.

1. Digital & Social Media Management

• Manage company social media channels (LinkedIn and others).

• Plan and publish regular posts including vendor announcements, campaigns, and company updates.

• Monitor engagement and support brand positioning in the cybersecurity and technology space.

1. Vendor & Partner Marketing Coordination

• Work closely with technology vendors to execute joint marketing initiatives.

• Coordinate marketing development funds (MDF) and vendor campaign requirements.

• Maintain marketing alignment between vendors, partners, and internal sales teams.

1. Marketing Operations & Support

• Maintain marketing databases and campaign lists.

• Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters.

• Coordinate with sales teams to support marketing-driven opportunities.
