الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- Conduct impactful product presentations and demonstrations to surgeons, hospital staff, and procurement teams, showcasing the features and benefits of surgical equipment and medical devices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to drive product adoption and advocacy.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Provide comprehensive technical support and training to end-users on the proper usage and maintenance of surgical equipment and medical devices.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in surgical technology and competitor products to effectively position products.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and market analysis reports to track performance and identify trends.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to promote products and network with potential customers.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies .
- Monitoring the expiry date of the existing items and liquidity the neat expiry items to avoid expiration
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Comply with all relevant regulations, ethical guidelines, and company policies in the promotion and sale of medical devices.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related discipline is required.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in medical device sales, with a focus on surgical equipment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of surgical procedures, medical terminology, and the competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex medical device technology.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrates strong ethical conduct and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity.
