MEP Engineer (Immediate joiners preferred )

We are looking for a qualified and experienced MEP Engineer with at least 5 years of proven experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works within the UAE construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing MEP design, execution, coordination, and quality control to ensure smooth project delivery in compliance with Dubai Municipality and DEWA regulations.(DEWA LISENCE MANDATORY)

Key Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and implement MEP drawings, designs, and specifications.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise MEP installations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting).
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and Civil Defense regulations.(DEWA LISENCE MANDATORY)
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards.
• Handle MEP quantity estimation, BOQ verification, and cost control.
• Support in resolving technical issues, RFIs, and site conflicts.
• Maintain proper documentation and prepare project progress reports.
