الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- Implement and monitor QA/QC plan for mechanical MEP works.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, pumps, ducting, and piping.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable codes/standards.
- Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors to rectify non-conformances.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation: inspection reports, checklists, and test records.
- Support mechanical system testing and commissioning activities.
- Verify installations meet design and functional requirements.
- Participate in punch list inspections and project closeout procedures.
- Liaise with design, project management, and site teams to resolve quality issues.
- Track and report QA/QC performance and progress.
- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and international standards.
- Recommend improvements in installation practices and quality standards.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions for site teams on quality procedures.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years UAE experience in mechanical MEP QA/QC for high-rise construction.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems: HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, pumps, ducting.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with UAE codes, standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, BS, etc.), and QA/QC procedures.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve quality issues on-site.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of QA/QC software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and proactive.
- Good communication, coordination, and team-working skills.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and commitment to quality and compliance.
