General Duties

• Supervise MEP technicians and subcontractors on-site.

• Coordinate daily work activities and allocate manpower.

• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.

• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.

• Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other teams to avoid clashes.

• Prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs.

• Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

• Report issues, delays, or safety concerns to the MEP Manager.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.

• 3–7 years of experience in MEP supervision or facilities management.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and schematics.

• Knowledge of local authority codes and safety regulations.

• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, maintenance software).

Work Environment

• Construction sites, commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, or industrial facilities.

• May require shift work, night work, or emergency call-outs.

• Preferred Certifications (Optional)

• HVAC certification

• Electrical License (LV)

• NEBOSH / IOSH

• First Aid & Fire Safety Training
