الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- Ensure correct product placement, planogram compliance, and attractive shelf displays
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and product rotation (FIFO)
- Replenish shelves and ensure continuous product availability
- Coordinate with store managers and sales teams for promotions and visibility
- Implement promotional activities, POS materials, and in-store branding
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions
- Submit daily/weekly merchandising reports with photos and stock updates
- Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of shelves and displays
- Support new product launches and seasonal promotions
- Handle basic inventory checks and assist in resolving stock discrepancies
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience as a Merchandiser (Retail / FMCG experience preferred)
- Knowledge of merchandising standards and retail operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit to handle product movement and shelf stocking
- Valid driving license of UAE
