MRC-NECC is a local Abu Dhabi branch of The New England Center for Children (NECC), a world leader in autism education and research. NECC has been serving children with autism and their families since 1975, with more than 40 years of experience in the field, including over 20 years in Abu Dhabi. MRC-NECC was established in 2007 and renamed the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Special Education in 2018 to recognize the contributions of leadership that has championed the acceptance and inclusion of people with disabilities across the UAE.
