توقعاتنا من الدور:

  • شخص مبيعات ممتاز لديه القدرة على معرفة وبيع الميزات الفريدة للفندق.
  • أنشطة مبيعات مركّزة على العملاء والتواصل.
  • إعداد الوثائق المتعلقة بالمبيعات طوال عملية البيع (مثل: الاقتراحات، العقود، أو أوامر الأحداث).
  • أداء الواجبات المكتبية العامة لدعم فريق مبيعات الطعام (مثل: الأرشفة، إرسال البريد الإلكتروني، الكتابة، إرسال الفاكسات الصادرة، تسليم الفاكسات الواردة، النسخ، فتح أو توزيع البريد).
  • جمع المواد وتجميع حزم المعلومات (مثل: الكتيبات، المواد الترويجية).
  • مساعدة الفريق في تطوير وتنفيذ برامج الإيرادات والتسويق لحفلات الزفاف والمناسبات الخاصة.
  • تطوير وتنسيق وتنفيذ المبادرات عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
  • إدخال واسترجاع وتسوية والتحقق من المعلومات (مثل: العمولات، العملاء المحتملين، الأطراف الثالثة) في البرامج المستخدمة في عملية البيع.
  • استخدام تقنيات المبيعات التي تزيد من الإيرادات مع الحفاظ على ولاء الضيوف الحاليين لماريوت.
  • التعرف على الفرص لزيادة مبيعات العملاء وبيع التحسينات لإنشاء تجربة أو حدث أفضل لماريوت.
  • تعزيز الوعي بصورة العلامة التجارية داخليًا وخارجيًا.
  • الرد على أسئلة الضيوف حول مرافق/خدمات الفندق (مثل: ساعات العمل، الأسعار وأنواع الغرف، الباقات، العروض، الترفيه، المطاعم، الأحداث الخاصة).
  • أن تكون نقطة الاتصال للعملاء والتواصل معهم عبر الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني للرد على الأسئلة والطلبات.
  • تنسيق تأكيدات الحجوزات للأحداث الخاصة.
  • تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات عمل إيجابية ومنتجة مع الموظفين والأقسام الأخرى.
