In 1982, Nabih Elias Azzam, FRICS, the first Arabic Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Quantity Surveyors opens our first offices in Amman, Jordan. He sets a clear vision to better the Arab World's construction industry by providing the best quantity surveying services and a selfless ambition to develop the quantity surveying profession with a younger generation. Soon, Nabih E. Azzam & Partners succeeds in rising to the highest international standards. Our expansion follows the development of the Middle East Reg and the Millennium sees the opening of offices in Dubai. A year later it is Abu Dhabi, where we are the first qualified Arab quantity surveying firm. We employ over 120 people across 7 offices worldwide. We are recognized for the quality of our services, local experience & knowledge, close & long-term client relationships, and committed staff.
