Main Job Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures to maintain high-quality output.
• Promote and enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a safe working environment for all staff.
• Oversee inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
• Generate and analyze operational reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Address operational challenges promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth operations.
• Provide training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
• Monitor operational expenses and implement cost-saving measures to optimize operational costs.
• Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to them by operational teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands and optimize resource utilization.
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Coordinate and oversee operational projects to ensure successful implementation and achieve desired outcomes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
