الأدوار والمسؤوليات
Regional Communication: Act as the primary contact for stakeholders across all GCC countries.
Relationship Building: Manage daily correspondence and build long-term relationships with key real estate developers and architecture firms.
Proposals & Valuations: Prepare and customize commercial proposals and price quotes directly in Arabic.
Market Intelligence: Provide insights on regional trends, pricing, and competitive landscapes in key GCC markets.
Cultural Support: Assist the European team with "cultural checks" and translation of project documentation.
Local Representation: Attend occasional in-person client meetings or deliver portfolios in major GCC cities (on a pre-approved, as-needed basis).
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Residency: Must currently live in a GCC country with a valid residency permit. Market Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the high-end real estate and business landscape across the the GCC region.
Languages: Native-level fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) and fluent English are mandatory.
Availability: Must be available to coordinate daily with clients during standard GCC business hours.
Equipment: Must possess a personal laptop, phone, and high-speed internet suitable for professional remote work.
Soft Skills: High-level negotiation skills, punctuality, and a polished demeanor suitable for a luxury brand.
