We are looking for a detail‑oriented and technically proficient Procurement Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. With headquarters in the UAE and branch offices in Saudi Arabia and India, we are a leading trading and marketing company supplying high‑quality products to sectors such as agriculture, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, and industrial markets.

As a Procurement Engineer, you will play a critical role in sourcing high‑quality products, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring efficient procurement operations across our diverse product portfolio. You will work closely with global suppliers, evaluate technical specifications, negotiate pricing, and support our sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery.

This role is ideal for someone with strong engineering knowledge and a solid understanding of industrial materials, components, and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure raw materials, chemicals, engineering components, safety & PPE products, pharmaceutical filters, stainless steel pumps, and hygiene solutions

• Evaluate technical specifications and ensure product compliance with client requirements

• Identify, assess, and qualify new suppliers globally

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure competitive advantages

• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order execution

• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation

• Monitor market trends, product availability, and cost fluctuations

• Ensure timely follow‑up on purchase orders and delivery schedules

• Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and cost‑saving initiatives
