الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Responsibilities:
  • Own the structured product line: Lead the planning, design, and innovation of the product roadmap, including Dual Investment, Discount Buy, and other yield-generating products
  • Design product rules and yield structures in collaboration with Quant and Market Maker to drive competitive pricing, TVL, volume, and revenue
  • Explore crypto TradFi convergence opportunities including RWA, tokenized equities, and stablecoin yield products
  • Analyze product data and user behavior to identify growth opportunities and propose effective operational strategies
  • Partner with Marketing, BD, Risk, and Legal to drive product adoption
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in financial products, with a strong preference for backgrounds in structured products, options trading, or wealth management; Web3/crypto experience is a plus
  • Solid understanding of options fundamentals and crypto market dynamics, including common yield sources and arbitrage mechanics
  • Outstanding communication, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to drive complex projects to completion
  • Strong user insight and innovative thinking, capable of translating user needs into product features
  • Fluent in Mandarin, with working-level English for effective cross-team and partner communication
