User Advocacy

• Conduct user research and testing to uncover pain points and opportunities

• Create personas and journey maps to inform user-first development

• Champion exceptional user experience throughout the product lifecycle

Requirements Definition

• Translate user needs and goals into technical specs and user stories

• Work closely with developers and designers to bring ideas to life

• Prioritize product features based on user impact and organizational value

Cross-functional Collaboration

Product Analytics
