الأدوار والمسؤوليات
Supervise and manage end-to-end daily production operations for:
Rigid boxes | PU leather & luxury boxes | Soft boxes and premium paper bags
Operate and oversee production machinery, including:
Die-cutting machines | Rigid box making machines | Pasting, wrapping, and lamination machines
Coordinate offset printing processes with internal and external teams
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are consistently met
Manage production staff, allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide on-floor guidance
Coordinate closely with design, printing, finishing, and dispatch teams
Monitor material consumption, control wastage, and drive process efficiency improvements
Maintain machine upkeep, safety standards, and production discipline
Handle quality checks, troubleshoot production issues, and support rework planning when required
Contribute to process optimization and new product development
Reporting & Accountability
Report directly to the Production Manager / Operations Head
Prepare daily production updates, efficiency reports, and issue escalation summaries

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in:
Packaging manufacturing
Rigid box / luxury box production
PU leather box manufacturing
Strong technical knowledge of offset printing processes
Hands-on experience operating packaging and box-making machinery
Prior work experience in UAE or India (mandatory)
Ability to read technical drawings, job cards, and production specifications
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on factory environment
Preferred Candidate Profile
Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate
Detail-oriented with a quality-first mindset
Willing to work extended hours or shifts during peak production periods
Leads from the front and is actively involved on the shop floor
Preferably Indian (Keralite)
