Project Control Manager

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Controls Manager to join our team for a mixed-use PMC project in the UAE. You will lead and manage all aspects of project controls, ensuring alignment with Parsons standards and client expectations across schedule, cost, performance, and risk disciplines.

What You ll Be Doing

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the full project controls function including planning, scheduling, cost management, progress tracking, risk mitigation, change control, and performance reporting across the project.

• Lead and manage a team of project control professionals, providing guidance, direction, and specialized assistance to resolve complex issues.

• Interface with clients, attend regular meetings, prepare and present statistical and performance reports, and foster strong stakeholder relationships.

• Develop, implement, and maintain project controls processes, procedures, systems, and tools in compliance with Parsons and client standards.

• Assess and evaluate schedule and cost impacts resulting from design changes, construction slippages, and other project variations, and recommend recovery actions.

• Oversee the preparation and maintenance of baseline, master, and integrated schedules; ensure rigorous progress measurement, forecasting, and analysis.

• Facilitate structured risk workshops with client and contractor teams to identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities.

• Champion digitalization and automation within project controls including dashboards, reporting tools, and performance analytics.

• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for senior management and stakeholders, including performance dashboards and forecasts.

• Ensure project data integrity, accuracy, traceability, and governance to support audits and contractual reporting requirements.

• Perform other duties as required to support successful delivery of project controls outcomes.

What Required Skills You ll Bring

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (or equivalent work experience).

• A minimum of 15+ years of experience in project controls, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or mixed-use developments, including experience in the UAE.

• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and other industry-standard project controls software.

• Demonstrated experience leading and managing project control teams and activities.

• Comprehensive understanding of project management and controls methodologies (e.g., CPM schedule analysis, EVM, forecasting).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
