Project Engineer-Civil (Landscaping) ORIENT IRRIGATION SERVICES (L.L.C)

Manage and oversee all civil and landscaping aspects of projects, ensuring timely completion, quality compliance, and coordination with all stakeholders. Provide technical expertise while ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Key Accountabilities:

• Oversee all civil activities on-site.

• Handle material submissions and method statements.

• Follow up on approvals with clients and consultants.

• Order materials and ensure availability as per project requirements.

• Ensure work proceeds only after obtaining necessary authority approvals and maintaining copies of NOCs to avoid inspection issues.

• Monitor timely submission of Work Inspection Reports (WIR) as per the approved ITP.

• Review shop drawings, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrections with the technical team.

• Provide daily progress reports to the Project Manager.

• Document and update project reports based on client delay notifications.

• Coordinate inspections with consultants on-site.

• Ensure material availability along with the necessary documents.

• Address and close NCRs issued by clients and consultants.

• Arrange third-party material testing for quality assurance.

• Track subcontractor progress regarding quality, materials, and timelines.

• Ensure the site team, including subcontractors, follows the latest approved shop drawings and method statements.

• Coordinate with the plant and machinery department for required equipment.

• Ensure manpower availability as per project needs.

• Inform the Project Manager of any pending work and specific requirements.

• Provide a detailed manpower and machinery plan to the Project Manager.

• Supply the design team with built details for updated drawings and consultant approvals.

• Raise ERC material requests through the Store Keeper after Project Manager approval and follow up with procurement for material availability and delivery.
