Job Summary

Burhan Oil and Trade Services is seeking an experienced Civil & MEP Project Manager to lead and oversee civil and MEP works across Oil & Gas, infrastructure, and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in vendor management, high-rise structures, and diverse civil construction activities, along with end-to-end project execution capabilities including planning, estimation, scheduling, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil and MEP project planning, execution, and delivery.

• Oversee construction activities including structural works, HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

• Manage project budgets, schedules, manpower, and resources efficiently.

• Develop project execution plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.

• Supervise BOQs, estimation, tenders, and contract documentation.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Manage vendor performance and procurement activities effectively.

• Monitor site progress through inspections, reporting, and coordination meetings.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and regulations.

• Handle billing, IPCs, and project financial tracking.

• Resolve technical, commercial, and coordination issues across civil and MEP scopes.

• Lead and guide multidisciplinary teams (civil, electrical, mechanical).

• Oversee execution of high-rise structures and major civil construction activities.

• Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and project handover.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 to 8+ years of experience in Civil & MEP project management.

• Strong experience in vendor management, high-rise building projects, and civil construction works.

• Strong knowledge of structural works, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.

• Expertise in estimation, planning, cost control, and contract management.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and MS Office.

• Strong vendor management and subcontractor coordination skills.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
