Project Manager (12-15 years UAE Exp.)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager, certified from Dubai Municipality (DM) to oversee and manage construction projects in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are executed in compliance with UAE regulations, Dubai Municipality building codes, and industry best practices, delivering high-quality results within budget and schedule.

• Project Planning & Execution: Coordinate and manage construction activities from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction works comply with Dubai Municipality regulations and safety standards.
• Site Supervision: Oversee daily site operations, monitor progress, and resolve any technical issues to ensure quality and safety.
• Design Review: Review project designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and compliance with DM guidelines.
• Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
• Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures to maintain construction standards, conducting regular inspections and audits.
• Health & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to UAE labor laws and site safety regulations, collaborating with Safety Officers to maintain a safe working environment.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, material logs, and compliance records.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the point of contact between clients, architects, consultants, and government authorities, ensuring clear and effective communication.
