Purpose of the Role
Lead the design and implementation of a data-driven and AI-based supervisory model, supporting the development of projects related to wage protection, savings, and financial security. Ensure institutional and technical integration across relevant stakeholders, and transform data into proactive regulatory decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1 Risk Analysis and Classification
Design a risk classification model for companies and sectors (Severity / Exposure / Recurrence).
Develop early-warning mechanisms to monitor wage delays and indicators of institutional distress.
Analyze complaint data and link it to compliance records and violations.
2 Executive Dashboards and Monitoring
Design executive dashboards that support leadership decision-making.
Develop regulatory performance indicators (KPIs) to measure compliance and processing efficiency.
Prepare periodic analytical reports for senior management.
3 AI and Advanced Analytics
Apply anomaly detection concepts to identify unusual patterns.
Develop predictive models to assess the likelihood of company defaults.
Use AI tools to simulate and test policy scenarios.
Build a data-driven trigger-based escalation system.
4 Financial Protection and Savings Projects
Conduct regulatory impact studies for savings and wage protection initiatives.
Assess financial risks in high-risk sectors.
Design regulatory frameworks that balance protection and economic sustainability.
5 Technical Integration and Data Governance
Collaborate with IT teams to develop system integrations (API integration).
Prepare data flow maps for processes and systems.
Ensure data quality and governance.
Minimize data duplication across entities.
6 Leadership Decision Support
Prepare strategic policy briefs.
Present analytical results in clear, actionable formats.
Provide data-driven regulatory recommendations.

. Required Technical Skills
A. Data Analysis Skills
Proficiency in Power BI or equivalent tools for analytical dashboards.
Advanced Excel (modeling, analysis, Power Query).
Practical knowledge of SQL for data extraction.
Basic understanding of Python or other data analytics tools.
B. AI Skills
Understanding of:
Predictive Risk Modeling
Behavioral Analytics
Anomaly Detection
Ability to use AI tools to support analysis and policy formulation.
Build applicable risk classification models.
C. Labor Market Regulatory and Policy Skills
Conduct Regulatory Impact Assessments.
Deep understanding of the wage protection system.
Knowledge of savings initiatives.
Ability to read and interpret insurance documents.
Ability to design a tiered regulatory escalation system.
Basic financial and accounting knowledge for project management.
D. Leadership and Execution Skills
Manage strategic multi-stakeholder projects.
Prepare executive-level reports for senior management.
Professional presentation skills.
Data-driven decision-making.
Analytical and comparative skills, with proficiency in necessary tools.
Strategic planning and innovative problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience
Master s degree in Public Policy, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or Information Systems; or a Bachelor s with relevant experience.
Practical experience in a regulatory or supervisory environment.
Experience in large-scale operational data analysis.
Experience in digital government projects is preferred.
Selection Criteria
Ability to design a practical risk model.
Demonstrated dashboard or analytical model presentation.
Ability to explain the mechanism of building a proactive system via a guide or policy.
Example of a regulatory impact study conducted.
Clear understanding of stakeholder integration and interconnection.
