- Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to secure the best possible deals for all procured items, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems, including cycle counts and variance analysis to minimize discrepancies.
- Analyze demand forecasts and historical data to optimize purchasing decisions, preventing stockouts and minimizing excess inventory.
- Oversee the entire procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient acquisition of goods and services.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field provides a solid foundation.
At least 3-5 years of experience in purchasing and inventory control within a manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred.
Proven experience in managing inventory levels and optimizing stock levels using inventory management software.
