About Your Team

You will report to the QA/QC Officer and work closely with production teams to conduct inspections, monitor compliance with technical drawings and specifications, and help implement quality control procedures. Your work ensures our products meet both internal standards and client expectations.

Your Role

As a QA/QC Inspector, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting inspections on raw materials, in-process items, and finished joinery products

• Verifying compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality benchmarks

• Identifying and documenting non-conformances and supporting corrective actions

• Ensuring proper use and calibration of measuring tools and equipment

• Collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues

• Supporting internal and external audits

• Maintaining accurate records of inspections, reports, and test results

• Promoting a quality-first mindset across production activities

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Minimum 4- 5 years in a QA/QC or inspection role within a joinery or manufacturing environment.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong understanding of woodworking materials and production techniques

• Ability to read technical and joinery drawings

• Proficiency in using inspection tools (e.g., calipers, gauges, templates)

• Attention to detail and good analytical skills

• Familiarity with MS Office Suite and quality documentation

• Understanding of ISO 9001 and root cause analysis (desirable)
