Job Title: QC Inspector – Piping (Oil & Gas Projects)

Job Summary

We are urgently hiring an experienced QC Inspector – Piping for major Oil & Gas EPC projects. The candidate must have strong experience in piping inspection activities within refinery, LNG, petrochemical, or pipeline environments in the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspection of piping fabrication and erection works

• Verify compliance with approved drawings, isometrics, P&IDs, and specifications

• Conduct inspection of:

  • Welding & fit-up

  • Hydrotesting & pneumatic testing

  • Line checking & flushing

  • Valve installation

  • Material receiving and traceability

• Review WPS, PQR, welder qualifications

• Coordinate with NDT team for RT, UT, PT, MT inspections

• Monitor coating, painting, and insulation of piping systems

• Ensure compliance with ASME, API, and project QA/QC standards

• Maintain inspection reports, test records, and QA documentation
