QC Supervisor

Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Details:

Candidates must be currently available in the UAE
Immediate joiners are strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular quality inspections throughout all stages of production in line with approved SOPs.
Verify Critical Control Points (CCPs) and monitor process parameters according to HACCP and QA plans.
Inspect product characteristics such as appearance, texture, weight, color, and packaging quality.
Accurately document in-process checks, test outcomes, and deviations in QC logs or ERP systems.
Report any non-conformities or deviations promptly to the Line Supervisor and QA Manager.
Collect and manage production samples for physical, chemical, and microbiological testing.
Ensure proper sealing, correct labelling, and accurate coding including batch numbers and expiry dates.
Enforce GMP, hygiene standards, and food safety practices on the production floor.
Communicate operational issues or process failures to relevant departments without delay.
Support the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor s degree in food technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a closely related discipline.
2 3 years of hands-on UAE experience in in-process or online quality control within the Food or FMCG sector.

Key Skills & Competencies:

 Willingness to work night shifts when required.
Strong attention to detail with sound analytical abilities.
Basic understanding of HACCP, GMP, BRCGS, and ISO 22000 standards.
Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
Ability to perform under pressure while handling multiple tasks.
Comfortable with computers for QC data entry and reporting purposes.
