الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- إجراء فحوصات دقيقة للمواد الخام والمنتجات النهائية لضمان الامتثال لمعايير الجودة والمواصفات.
- الحفاظ على سجلات منظمة لبيانات الفحص والنتائج والإجراءات التصحيحية لدعم عمليات التدقيق ومراجعات الجودة.
- تطوير وتحديث إجراءات وبروتوكولات مراقبة الجودة لتتوافق مع المعايير الصناعية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
- التعاون الوثيق مع فرق الإنتاج لتحديد مشكلات الجودة وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية لتحسين العمليات.
- البقاء على اطلاع باتجاهات الصناعة وتطورات منهجيات مراقبة الجودة لتعزيز الفعالية التشغيلية.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- حد أدنى من سنتين من الخبرة في مراقبة الجودة أو ضمانها في بيئة التصنيع أو المختبر.
- درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة مثل الهندسة الصناعية أو الكيمياء أو إدارة الجودة.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة، كتابية وشفوية، لنقل نتائج الجودة والتوصيات بوضوح.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني في بيئة الفريق مع التحفيز الذاتي والمبادرة.
