• Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Real Estate Sales Agent
• Sales Mindset: Strong closer with proven sales performance
• Communication: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Languages: Fluency in French or Russian is a strong plus
• Licensing: Valid UAE driver s license + access to a vehicle
• Motivated & Driven: Self-starter with high energy and ambition
