Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to leads, follow up effectively, and convert them into appointments.
- Assist clients in identifying suitable properties and provide expert guidance on investments.
- Manage client viewings and ensure a smooth end-to-end transaction process.
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Stay updated with Dubai s real estate regulations, RERA guidelines, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with top developers to offer clients diverse property options across Dubai.
Requirements
- 6 months 3 years of real estate experience in Dubai (off-plan property sales preferred).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Presentable with a professional image.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Dubai s property market and investment opportunities.
- RERA certification is an added advantage.
