Smart Expert Property is a dynamic real estate company based in the heart of Dubai, committed to empowering agents with the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed in one of the world’s most competitive property markets. We are currently expanding our team and looking for motivated Real Estate Agents / Brokers to handle secondary market sales and rentals and off-plan too.

Requirements

• Strong spoken and written English (mandatory)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Client-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport

• Prior sales experience (real estate experience preferred)

• Confident, well-spoken, and professional appearance

• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating content for social media

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and performance-oriented

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment

Compensation & Employment Structure

• Commission-based role

• Basic allowance only during probation (to cover parking, commute, and phone expenses)

• No fixed salary or visa during the probation period

• Probation period: 1–2 months

• Agent must demonstrate performance, meet targets, and show consistent results

• Upon successful probation: Commission structure and/or salary package will be renegotiated, Company-sponsored visa will be provided, Confirmation as a permanent employee
