We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales professionals as we are expanding the sales team for our Real Estate Development company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through broker channel and individual sales.

This role will require a deep understanding of the local real estate market in Dubai, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution: Actively sell residential and commercial properties from the company's portfolio of projects, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
  • Generate sales through Brokers channel: Build strong relationships with brokers and generate sales and repeat business.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including brokers, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Dubai’s real estate market trends, property values, and developments, offering clients informed advice and insights.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to closing the deal, including contract negotiation, handling objections, and ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, tracking progress against targets and providing insights to management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that promotional materials and campaigns align with sales strategies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales with Real Estate Development companies in UAE.
  • Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Real Estate Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including residential, commercial, and off-plan properties.
  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Language: Fluent in English, one more additional language either Arabic, other European language.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-Centric: Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
  • Driver’s License: A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
