الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, students, parents, and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment that reflects the organization’s values.

  • Handle administrative and office coordination tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Manage student admissions, including responding to inquiries, handling registrations, and maintaining admission documentation.

  • Coordinate and schedule classes between students and teachers, ensuring efficient use of time and proper communication.

  • Maintain accurate student attendance records and update class reports regularly.

  • Track student fees and payments, maintain payment records, and send reminders when payments are due.

  • Monitor and record teachers’ attendance and maintain related reports.

  • Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to calls and messages, and direct inquiries appropriately.

  • Maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems, both digital and physical, for easy access to information.

  • Create designs and marketing materials using Canva and other design software when required.

  • Assist with digital marketing activities, announcements, and promotional content for courses or programs.

  • Prepare and maintain basic data reports and administrative records using office software.

Desired Candidate Profile

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  1. High school diploma required; additional certification in office administration or a related field is an advantage.

  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or front desk role, preferably in an educational or corporate environment.

  3. Bilingual candidates preferred to effectively communicate with diverse clients and students; English proficiency is mandatory.

  4. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation, reporting, and scheduling.

  5. Basic experience with Canva or similar design tools for marketing and promotional materials.

  6. Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.

  7. Ability to multitask and manage administrative processes efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  8. Salary: AED 1500. Only candidates on spouse or dependent visa will be considered.
