Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and develop the F&B service team through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health and safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue targets, cost control, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu design, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Maintain a visible presence on the floor to lead by example and ensure smooth service.
- Drive sales through exceptional guest engagement and innovative marketing ideas.
- Coordinate with other departments to support hotel-wide events and VIP dining experiences.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and luxury service excellence.

Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 4 6 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management within a luxury hotel.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver financial results.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of fine dining operations and international cuisine.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as French or Arabic are an advantage.
