الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks that could impact the company's financial and operational performance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies tailored to the specific needs of the business.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a risk-aware culture and ensure effective communication of risk-related issues.
- Monitor market trends and emerging risks to proactively adjust risk management strategies as needed.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders on risk exposure and mitigation efforts.
- Lead crisis management and business continuity planning initiatives to ensure company resilience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards to safeguard the company's against non-compliance.
- Utilize advanced data analysis tools to quantify risks and make data-driven decisions.
- Train and mentor staff on risk management best practices and promote continuous improvement in risk processes.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 7-15 years of progressive experience in risk management within insurance industry,
- Proficiency in risk management software and tools, along with advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to assess complex risk scenarios and develop actionable strategies.
- Problem-solving,
- Comprehensive understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements specific to the industry.
- Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Arabic languages is preferable.
- professional certifications such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM),
