- Develop and maintain robust, scalable Ruby on Rails applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable Ruby code, adhering to established coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, front-end developers, and product managers) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks, ensuring smooth user experiences.
