Incorporated in Alabama in 1991 and headquartered in Huntsville, AL, S³ provides technical products and services to the U.S. Military Services, other U.S. security agencies, Partner Nation militaries, and commercial customers. S³ services include engineering, acquisition support, training, simulation, C4ISR, logistics, and security assistance. S³ has three wholly-owned and very diverse subsidiaries: Kachemak Bay Flying Services (KBFS) provides FAA certified products and services to General (Civil) Aviation and supports Contractor-Owned, Contractor-Operated Government contracts with the company’s own fleet of airplanes and helicopters. These services included aviation maintenance and avionics repair, pilot training, external load operations, and on-demand transport. S³ International, Inc. (S³I), also wholly owned by S³, is the Corporation’s agent for delivering aviation training, logistics, maintenance, simulation, and C4ISR operations to Partner Nations.
