We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our Abaya Boutique Fold. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, support daily store operations, and maintain a high standard of presentation on the shop floor.

- Greet and assist customers, providing styling advice and product recommendations.
- Maintain product knowledge to support upselling and customer queries.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Ensure the shop floor is well-presented, clean, and fully stocked.
- Handle fitting room assistance and manage stock replenishment.
- Support deliveries, tagging, and inventory tasks.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets.
