Job Title: Sales Engineer – Interior Fit-Out & Contracting

Location: Muscat, Oman

Experience Required: 7–8 Years


Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in interior fit-out and contracting to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong sales skills to drive business development, manage client relationships, and secure new projects within the interior fit-out sector and achieve the sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out and contracting market

  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors

  3. Understand client requirements and provide tailored technical and commercial solutions

  4. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical submissions

  5. Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate project costing and execution

  6. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively

  7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities

  8. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth


Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Architectural, or related field)

  2. 7–8 years of experience in sales within the interior fit-out or contracting industry

  3. Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, processes, and project execution

  4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and winning projects

  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  6. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

  7. Strong network within the local construction/interior industry is an advantage

  8. Experience in handling turnkey interior fit-out projects

  9. Commercial awareness and contract management knowledge

  10. Proficiency in MS Office and basic estimation tools
