Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and market segments to promote the company s air freight services.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Plan and conduct meetings with customers to understand their requirements and offer tailored air freight solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets by driving consistent business development initiatives.
- Expand the client base through proactive relationship management and networking within the UAE logistics sector.
- Provide regular market intelligence reports including competitor analysis and customer insights.
- Liaise with airlines and agents to support pricing, capacity, and service requirements.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and regular performance reports for management.

Bachelor s degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the air freight industry within the UAE.
Strong client relations and knowledge of airline operations and agent network development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.
Computer literate with good command of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
