Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service to all clients and partners
  • Adapt to peak business periods with flexibility in working hours
  • Submit weekly sales activity reports for the leisure segment to the Director of Sales
  • Ensure prompt, courteous communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with business goals
  • Establish sales parameters, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and confirm agreements through written contracts
  • Represent the hotel at tradeshows, conventions, and promotional events
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts, contacts, activities, and business details in designated software systems
  • Coordinate with operational departments to ensure contract details are delivered and guest expectations are exceeded
  • Apply hotel selling strategies and maximize revenue opportunities in all negotiations
  • Maintain strong client relationships and stay updated on account developments and business trends
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports
  • Balance administrative needs with client-facing responsibilities
  • Follow departmental procedures and maintain accurate database information within the property management system
  • Comply with safety guidelines and operational standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
