Sales Executive – Telesales & B2B Field Sales
� Karama, Dubai
TAWASUL ALSADA – Government Services & Legal Assistance is hiring experienced Sales Executives for a performance-driven role combining inside telesales and B2B field sales.
We specialize in:
Business Setup & Company Formation
Immigration & Visa Services
Legal & PRO Coordination
USA Work & Study Programs
All services are strictly authority-compliant and legally processed.
Role Overview
This is a high-performance, target-driven opportunity ideal for confident sales professionals who believe in results and accountability.
The role includes:
Office-based telesales
B2B company visits
Client meetings and follow-ups
Closing confirmed paid deals
Compensation Structure
This is a performance-based role designed for ambitious sales professionals.
Earning Structure:
Commission on confirmed closed deals
Structured target-based monthly earnings
High incentives for top performers
Additional commission beyond set target slabs
Top-performing candidates can earn competitive monthly income based on performance.
Requirements
✔ Minimum 1 year sales experience in UAE (preferred)
✔ Strong closing and negotiation skills
✔ Confident in telesales & field visits
✔ Target-driven mindset
✔ Ethical & professional communication

Salary depends on achieved confirmed targets
This is NOT a fixed-salary desk job
⚠️ This position carries NO FIXED SALARY GUARANTEE. Salary is payable only upon achieving confirmed monthly targets.
Target & Salary Slabs: • Less than 5 successful sales/deals: →only 10 percent commission on the net profit.
Minimum 5 successful sales/deals: → Salary: AED 1,000
10 successful sales/deals: → Salary: AED 2,000 (Only payable if 10 confirmed sales are achieved)
Minimum 20 successful sales/deals: → Salary: AED 3,000
30 to 40 successful sales/deals: → Salary: AED 3,500 + 5% commission

Minimum 1 year of UAE sales experience (preferably in legal, visa, business setup or service industry)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident in telesales and direct client handling
Target-oriented and performance-driven personality
Ability to close deals independently
Basic knowledge of UAE government services is an advantage
Presentable and professional attitude
Immediate joiners preferred
