  • Revenue Ownership – Take full accountability for achieving the company’s revenue targets across all product and service lines, including ERP, CRM, HCM, and allied technologies from Microsoft, Zoho, and Sage.
  • Sales & Marketing Strategy – Build a robust Sales & Marketing strategy aligned with the corporate vision, breaking it down into an actionable annual plan with measurable milestones.
  • Execution Excellence – Lead the synchronized execution of the annual plan, ensuring on-time delivery of targets through disciplined follow-through and proactive problem-solving.
  • Team Leadership – Manage, coach, and inspire the Sales & Marketing team to deliver exceptional performance, fostering a culture of accountability and high achievement.
  • Commitment to Deliverables – Operate with a “commitments are written in stone” mindset, ensuring every agreed target, deadline, and promise is met without compromise.
  • Business Development – Drive both self-generated and marketing-led opportunities, ensuring a balanced and healthy sales pipeline.
  • Market Insight & Positioning – Maintain an in-depth understanding of market dynamics, competition, and customer needs to shape offerings and messaging that win in the market.
  • Executive Engagement – Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers, industry influencers, and strategic partners to create long-term business opportunities.
  • Forecasting & Reporting – Deliver accurate, data-driven sales forecasts and performance reports to the management team, with clear action plans to address gaps.

Education & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or commerce; a master’s degree in management is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding multi-million-dollar annual sales targets in a leadership role within the Software consulting industry.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
  • Strong background in partner-led solution selling, preferably with exposure to Microsoft, Zoho, or Sage ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing go-to-market strategies and leading multi-functional sales & marketing teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM-based opportunity management (Zoho CRM or Microsoft CRM experience is a plus).
  • Experience managing regional or multi-country sales operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM solutions to demonstrate success
