The goal of the role

As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for developing and selling products and services that contribute to generating new revenue streams in line with budget targets. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships to maximize revenue opportunities and achieve the highest sales volume. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring business growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating effectively with various teams.

Main responsibilities and tasks

First: Strategy

Identifying and developing new business opportunities with current and potential clients.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term value.

Contributing to the formulation of business strategies to enhance market penetration and increase revenue.

Second: Operations

Managing the entire sales cycle from the prospecting phase to post-implementation review.

Collaborating with internal teams to address pricing, performance indicators, services, and market trends.

Ensuring compliance with CRM procedures and maintaining accurate reports on sales plans and phases.

Handling customer escalations and complex requests to ensure their satisfaction and retention of services.

Third: Individuals

Working collaboratively with sales, commercial, and operations teams to achieve business goals.

Participate in management and supervisory meetings when needed.

Contributing to the development of leadership skills within the business team.

 Academic qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experiences

At least 5 years of experience for Bachelor’s degree holders or 7 years for higher diploma holders in a fast-paced work environment, especially in the field of service sales (preferably in the logistics sector).

Strong experience in negotiation, presentations, and relationship management.

Job skills

Strong skills in customer service, sales and business development.

Proven experience in managing the sales cycle from start to finish.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.).

Behavioral skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong abilities in influence and negotiation.

The ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.

Effective skills in organization and reporting.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.

Minimum 5 years of experience with bachelors or 7 years experience with high diploma in a fast-paced service-based sales environment (preferably in logistics) Strong experience in negotiation, presentation, and relationship management.

Strong customer service, sales, and business development skills.Proven experience in handling end-to-end sales cycles.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
